Select or create the plan that meets all your needs. We can design a plan exclusively for you, modify your plan or use a Dakota Castle's plan and make it your own. At this stage we will determine approximate sq.ft. to fit your budget. 3. Next the fun part...selecting product to make your new home ONE-OF-A-KIND with touches of elegance and luxury. 4.Finalize your Castle which includes price, specifications, drawings and an approximate completion date. 5.How exciting! Building begins and with all your choices made, it will be a fun and smooth construction experience. 6.Completion and move into your NEW ONE-OF-A-KIND CASTLE!!
